9. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon suspension or termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any remaining Account balance may be withheld pending investigation of suspected violations. 9.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may request voluntary self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion periods can range from 6 months to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or create new accounts.

You may also request permanent account closure without self-exclusion. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following verification procedures.
